If you’re realizing you can’t keep doing things the way you always have, then I’m here to help you make a change.

You’ve tried handling this on your own. You’ve sought counsel from family and friends, tried to talk to your partner about it, tried just ignoring it in hopes it would go away…but it keeps showing back up.

You’ve always been the “giver” in your life—everyone always needs something from you—but recently, these roles have become an increasing source of resentment and frustration. You would love the luxury of saying “no,” but that feels impossible when so many people depend on you.

You’re likely here because no part of life really feels good right now. Sure, you’re surviving (and others may look at you and think you have it all together), but inside you feel deeply sad, angry, ashamed, and plain old exhausted. As a Black or IPOC woman, these things may run even deeper than the people around you can truly understand.

If you’re tired of lying awake at night with all those ‘what if’ questions running through your mind, I would love to offer you a space where you finally start to prioritize yourself and get the support you need to regain a sense of control and peace in your life. Together, we can wrestle with all of these challenging relationships, feelings, and uncertainties you’re experiencing in a space free of judgment, shame, or being told what to do.
